How to request a withdrawal when I used a credit or debit card to deposit?

To request a withdrawal, please log in to your client cabinet using your registered email address and password. (Remember to keep your password safe and do not expose it.) Then, take the steps below to send the withdrawal request.

choose "Withdrawal" from "Finance" menu

Choose “Withdrawal” from the “Finance” tab.
As the withdrawal method, choose “Credit/Debit Card”, fill in the gaps carefully, and click on the “Submit” button.

Remember to check the terms and conditions box before proceeding. Also, note that you are required to have a fully verified account to make a withdrawal request.

Please Note:

If your payment was made by the verified “Credit/Debit Card”, you can withdraw up to the initial deposit to your bank card and the rest of the money (profit) by any available e-wallet method.
