How can I change my phone number?

To change your phone number, you are required to follow the steps below:


Log in to your client cabinet using your registered email address and password. (Remember to keep your password safe and do not expose it.)

Select the “Verification” tab from “Dashboard”.

Choose "Verification" from the the "Account" menu

A window will appear; scroll down until you see “Phone Verification” at the bottom of the page.

* To change your phone number to a new one, you must first unverify the old one.

Click on the “Change number” button at the bottom of the page to unverify your phone number.

Click on the "Change Number" button
You must now enter and verify your new phone number.
