How to Deposit funds

We offer different methods for depositing funds to your Fxglory account. It takes a few minutes to top up your account with the method that you have chosen.
You just need to pass the following simple steps to deposit funds to your account.
  • First of all, please log into your Client Cabinet.
  • Then in “Deposit” tab, you can make a direct and Wire Transfer deposit. Choose any method which is more convenient for you.
  • Write the amount which you want to deposit and confirm the payment. In the end, you will receive your payment details. Note that Wire Transfer payment details and description are mentioned in the related section.

Please note:

  • To receive 50% bonus, you have to tick the bonus check box while depositing.
  • Deposits from Credit/Debit cards can only be accepted from a client whose card name is the same as his/her real account name.
  • Wire Transfer process takes around 1-7 working days.
  • If you use the instant deposit methods, you do not need to wait. You can have the amount of your deposit into your account instantly.

How to Withdraw funds

Withdrawing funds is easy and you can do it at any time.
Please read the following on how to withdraw:
  • Log in to your Client Cabinet.
  • In “Withdrawal” section, choose the same method that you used to deposit.
  • Fill in the withdrawal request form and make a withdrawal.

Please note:

  • To be able to withdraw, you need to pass the verification process.
  • To withdraw funds, you must use the same payment method that you used to top up your Fxglory account.
  • If you use several methods (e.g. e-wallet and bank Wire Transfer) to deposit funds into your Fxglory account, funds must be withdrawn proportionally to those e-wallet or bank accounts.
  • If you use Credit/Debit Card to make a deposit, for withdrawals you need to send up to the initial deposit to the same card and withdraw the profit via e-wallet methods or crypto-currencies. Considering article 14 of PART VI of user agreement, based on the accounting team decision, if the deposited amount is not refundable, you need to withdraw the total amount via e-wallet methods or crypto-currencies.
  • All withdrawals are processed by the Finance department from Monday to Friday.
  • Processing time of withdrawal for PayPal may take 1- 72 hours on business days
  • Processing time of withdrawal for electronic money (E-Wallets) may take 1- 24 hours on business days. Also, for Wire Transfer method it may take 1-10 business days.
  • Processing time of withdrawal for Wire Transfer method it may take 1-10 business days.
  • The company has the right to change the processing time of deposits and withdrawals without notifying the clients.

* : The minimum amount of withdrawal via all e-wallet methods (PayPal, Skrill, …) and credit/debit card is $50 for clients whose balance is more than $50 and for those whose balance is less than $50 is as much as their balance.
*** : For reducing the USD to Crypto-currencies exchange rate fee, we provide clients with a discount up to 10% for each deposit. Taking this promotion into account, the Company reserves the right to apply withdrawal fee from 0% to 10% in misuse and abuse cases based on the accounting team decision. for more details read promotion page .

How to use Internal Transfer

Internal transfer is only available for the clients whose accounts are attached to an IB account. A client can use this method to transfer funds between his/her trading account and his/her IB’s account.
To request for an internal transfer, log in to your Client Cabinet, fill in the withdrawal form and select “Transfer to my IB” in the“Method Field”.

Please note:

  • You can make internal transfers between your account and the IB account in a day without any additional commission.
  • Processing time of internal transfer takes 1-24 hours.
