“Invalid account” error in my MT4?

  • Make sure that you have entered all the details correctly.
  • Your “Login” is your real account number, which consists of 5 digits.
  • Also, your “Password” is your real account master password.

If you have forgotten your “Master Password”, you can easily set a new password for your trading account. Log in to your client cabinet. Then scroll down until you see your account number, and then click on the document icon under the “Action” section. Then a window will pop up, and you can change your master or investor password through the “Password” part.

  • Make sure that you are not entering any extra blank spaces or extra characters while typing your account information in the “Login” window of your MT4.
  • Remember to choose “GloryGroup-Live” in the “Server” field while logging in.
