How to locate MetaTrader 4 log files?
Log in to your MT4 trading account and go to “File” > “Open Data Folder”.
Your MT4 data folder will pop up. Find the folder named “Logs”. This folder contains the general log files.
To check logs from EAs, click on “MQL4”.
In the MQL4 folder, find and click on the “Logs” subfolder.
That’s it.
