How can I upload an EA on MetaTrader 4?

Open your MetaTrader 4 platform.
Click on “File” from the top menu. Select “Open Data Folder”.

A window will pop up. Locate the “MQL4” folder and click on it to open.

Open the “Experts” folder and upload your EA by dragging and dropping the file in that folder.
