How to create a new ticket?
Step 1: Accessing the Ticket Creation Page
To create a ticket, start by logging in to your client cabinet. Once logged in, navigate to the “Tickets” header and click on it.
Step 2: Creating a New Ticket
Upon reaching the ticket management page, select “Create a New Ticket”.
Step 3: Providing Essential Information
Write a concise yet descriptive “Subject” in this section that accurately reflects your query. Next, carefully choose the relevant “Category” that best aligns with the specific area of your question or concern.
Step 4: Detailed Description and Attachments
In the designated section, provide a comprehensive and detailed explanation of your question or issue. Please include all pertinent information that can assist our team in understanding and addressing your inquiry effectively. Attach any supporting documents, if applicable, by clicking the “Attach File” option and selecting the relevant file from your device.
Step 5: Submitting the ticket
Before finalizing the ticket creation process, ensure that all necessary details and attachments are accurately provided. Once satisfied, click the “Submit Ticket” button to transmit your ticket to our support team.
