Verification process includes 3 steps.
First of all please log in to your Client Cabinet.In account overview part, you can see the “Verification Status”.After that, please upload one of the documents below:
  1. Proof of your address: (Utility Bill such as Gas, Electricity, Telephone or Water. Also, Credit Card or bank Statement)
  2. Proof of your identity: (Passport, National Identity Card or Driver License)
    • Your documents must be scanned.
    • The resolution of uploaded documents must be at least 300 dpi to be accepted.
    • Uploaded files must be one of these formats: GIF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, BMP or PDF.o Electronic documents are not acceptable.
  3. Mobile phone number: It is necessary to verify your mobile phone number in your Client Cabinet panel.
    • For verification of your mobile phone number, you will receive a verification code via an SMS. If you do not receive an SMS code, you can try the phone call verification.
    • If you receive neither the verification code via SMS nor phone call, please contact our Support Department via live chat.

When all the above steps are done, you are able to see the result of your account verification in “Verification Status”.
