Despite USD supportive reports and the pressure on JPY due to the decline of Japanese Nikkei 225, USDJPY is falling down. The support rests at 105.570 with resistance at 105.750 which both lines are below the weekly pivot point at 106.110. The EMA of 10 is moving with bearish bias in the horizontal channel and it is below the EMA of 200 and the EMA of 100. The RSI is moving in oversold area, the Stochastic is moving in low ranges and the MACD line is below the signal line in the negative territory. The ADX is showing sell signal. As long as the pressure remains, sellers can target 105.400. The resistance level breakout will push the price up towards 106.
