You cannot trade with the <strong>&#8220;Investor password&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff4366;\"><strong>*<\/strong>Remember that if you want to trade, you must log\u00a0in to MT4\u00a0with the<strong>\u00a0&#8220;Master password&#8221;.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Please, make sure that you have entered all the details correctly.<\/p><p>&#8211; <strong>&#8220;Login&#8221;<\/strong> is your real account number, which consists of 5 digits for MT4 real accounts and 7 digits for MT5 real accounts.<\/p><p>&#8211; <strong>&#8220;Password&#8221;<\/strong> is your real account\u2019s master password.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff4366;\">Please note:<\/span><\/p><p>Please log in to your client cabinet with your registered email address and your client cabinet password. Then scroll down until you see your account number and then click on the document icon under the &#8220;Action&#8221; section.
