The support rests at 1.38630 with resistance at 1.39300. The weekly pivot point at 1.39080 is located in between the lines. The EMA of 10 is moving horizontally in the descendant channel and it is above the EMA of 200 and below the EMA of 100. The Stochastic is moving in high ranges, the RSI is moving on level 50 and the ADX is not showing any clear signals. The MACD indicator is in negative territory.
The resistance level breakout may push the price up towards 1.40100; otherwise GBPUSD will resume its bearish trend towards 1.38000.
