Investors in the forex market are expected to pay attention to ECB President Lagarde’s statement today. This might have an effect on the EUR/movement USD’s if Lagarde offers more information on ECB’s efforts to combat inflation.
There is still a lot of pressure on EUR/USD below the 50 EMA around 1.13500, but the US dollar is gaining strength versus a wide range of currencies.
1.13440 is support, while 1.13570 is a level of resistance. The Pivot Point at 1.13490 is placed between the lines of support and resistance, and the price is now below it. The EMA of 10 is moving in a bearish manner above the EMA100 and 200 moving in a slight bearish trend. The MACD histogram is in negative area, and the RSI is moving downward to the 30 points. There is little movement in the Stochastic which is located in oversold area. There is no clear signal in ADX.
• There is resistance at 1.13570, followed by resistance at 1.13620 and 1.13700.
• There is support at 1.13440 Below, there is 1.13360 and 1.13310.
