When clients try to make a deposit by our “Primary credit/debit card merchant” or add their credit cards in the “Verification Section” of the Client Cabinet, they may face a failed transaction due to one of the following reasons. To solve your deposit problem with the credit/debit card, please contact us after occurring any errors.
Some major decline reasons are as follow:
- Incorrect credit card number, CVV2 or expiry date
- Not sufficient balance on your credit card at least 3$
- Your card is expired
- Your bank declined this transaction due to any unkown reasons
